Zwift Arena · In-store operations

One workspace.
The whole shift.

Arena keeps point of sale, kitchen production, payments, delivery dispatch and venue controls within the same live operational flow.

Arena is the venue team's live service workspace. For browser-based owner oversight, catalogue, marketing and business administration, explore the Zwift Business Portal.

One working order story

Keep the hand-offs inside one operation.

Arena supports the fast, connected decisions made during service: taking the order, moving it into production, settling payment, arranging delivery and reviewing what happened.

Take the order

Use the POS for counter, phone and venue orders, with customer and caller context available when configured.

Prepare it

Move active orders through the kitchen with a real-time kitchen display system (KDS) and clear production status.

Settle & dispatch

Connect supported payment terminals, then assign delivery work and follow drivers on the map.

Review the shift

Use Examine, history and at-a-glance indicators to understand orders, items and current activity.

The Arena workspace

Start from the state of the venue.

The Arena dashboard is designed as a launch point for live service: operational modules sit beside venue status, customer activity and recent performance context.

  • Open POS, delivery, products, trading hours and reporting from one home screen.
  • See whether the venue is live and notice current customer activity.
  • Move between today's work and historical context without leaving the operational application.

Operational tools

The tools a service team reaches for.

Arena connects front of house, kitchen and delivery work, organised around the service in progress rather than separate systems.

POS & order intake

Build orders, work with customer details and move restaurant demand into an operational order view.

Kitchen display

A real-time KDS gives production teams a live queue and an order state they can work through together.

Delivery & dispatch

Manage drivers, assignments and dispatches, with mapping and tracking tools for the delivery operation.

Integrated payments

Work with supported Adyen payment terminals from the operational flow, including terminal connection and transaction handling.

Menu & venue controls

Manage products, regular and special trading hours, surcharges, and mapped delivery zones from the venue workflow.

Reporting & history

Use Examine and historical order tools to move from the current shift into performance and transaction detail.

What the home screen helps answer

Is the venue ready?

Live status and service-day context are visible before the team opens a module.

Where does work need to happen?

POS, kitchen, delivery, product and reporting tools share one launch point.

How does today compare?

At-a-glance indicators add recent order and item context without interrupting service.

Built around the venue

Software has to meet the counter, printer and phone.

Arena includes the local and hardware-facing foundations needed to make digital orders practical inside a physical restaurant.

Offline-capable local storage

Arena maintains a local operational data layer, supporting workflows that need data close to the venue and synchronisation with connected services.

Restaurant printing

Connect network and serial receipt or docket printers, with support for common ESC/POS workflows and OrderMate integrations.

If the connection drops

Supported local information can remain available while synchronisation is interrupted. Payments, mapping, cloud updates and other external services still need their relevant connections.

Caller recognition

When caller ID is configured, incoming phone details can help the team find the right customer context for a phone order.

Hardware, payment, telephony and integration availability depends on the venue's configuration and supported devices.

Two connected working contexts

Arena runs the shift. The Business Portal runs the wider business.

The products are related, but they serve different moments and people. Arena is the desktop operational application used in the venue; the Business Portal is the browser workspace for owners, managers and growth teams.
